At Interscope Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all vinyl records, apparel, or collectibles are unused and include all original tags.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
